Operations Plan

While the earlier sections of your business plan explained your goals, your operations plan describes how you will meet them. Your operations plan should have two distinct sections as follows.

Everyday short-term processes include all of the tasks involved in running your batting cage business, including answering calls, scheduling maintenance for the batting cages, collecting payments from customers, etc.

i tried to change it. i done all the steps . it said click on the continue to confirm at the last step if you leave this page the change would be cancelled automatically .... so .... there is no continue bottom :)) but my ticket is changed and even if i close the browser it wont change :))) at this point i have no idea :))

I think you should contact air company. The cheapest tickets are non refundable with no changes allowed so you might screwed up a little bit but it is just life :)

Have no idea what your post means! If you go back in, is your ticket NOW changed for the times/airport you want??? At this point, either call them or send them an e-mail...

IF it was changed, I can't see them charging you (legally) if you not see a page with "change fee"...

Also, at least in US, usually "non-refundable" does not quite mean you can't change it...but, again in US, they have HUGE change fees (~ $200), and then you are also asked to pay any difference if there is one...most of this precludes one actually using one's old ticket toward a new changed one...BUT this is US, not Russia...
