My Favourite Hobby

If I were to pick one favourite hobby of mine out of the many I have, I will definitely pick gardening. I developed a taste for dancing when I was very young. The way my feet moved to the rhythm of the music convinced my parents that I was a born dancer. Dancing is very uplifting as well as economical.

I have always had a love for music and dance. However, I never realized the utter joy they bring to humans. Dancing gives us a lot of exercises. It teaches us to move our body rhythmically and feel the beat of every song. This kind of physical exercise is extremely delightful and enjoyable.

Moreover, dance also taught me how to stay strong and push my limits. I have had many injuries while dancing, too many bruises and cuts but that didn’t stop me from pursuing it further. In fact, it pushes me to do my best and realize my potential more than ever.

I have enrolled in dancing classes because I wish to make my hobby my career. I feel we all should do things which we enjoy doing. Everyone is running after money and in this race, they give up their likings and preferences. I have learned from this race and decided to not take part in it. I wish to take the road less traveled by and take on challenges most people don’t dare to.

In short, my hobby of dancing makes me feel alive and well. It is the only thing I look forward the most to. Thus, I hope to achieve my dream of being a professional dancer and making way for people who wish to make careers out of their hobbies.

500+ Words Essay on My Favourite Teacher

Teachers play an essential role in our life as an ideal teacher is responsible for the development of the students. Teachers play a vital role in creating a strong foundation of basic knowledge, not only regarding subjects but also for life. It is mostly what we learn at school that helps us throughout our lives when we have to make important decisions and perform other crucial tasks.

Having a particular teacher that you are especially comfortable with can be a massive advantage as it can help you move through your school years in an easier way. A good teacher can also act as a mentor, guiding you all through your life, even apart from just academics.

I am a student of 10th Class of a reputed private school. There are many great teachers in my school but everyone has that one teacher they are especially grateful to. Likewise, my favourite teacher is Mr Manish Khandelwal Sir. Manish Sir teaches us Maths, and he has a really attractive personality. He is very polite and humble and we all the students love him. He is also a person trusted the most by parents and teachers, as he constantly strives in creating a balanced environment in working hard at academics and having fun doing so.

Qualities of My Favorite Teacher

Manish Sir is tall and quite good looking. He is 32 years old and very experienced. His way of teaching is excellent. He believes in simple living and high thinking. All the students love him for his superb way of teaching and humble behaviour. He has an experience of 9 years in education, and he has done masters in Mathematics. He easily solves complicated mathematical equations.

He has a unique way of explaining his methods of solving problems. This way, he makes even the most complex of problems look simple and makes it very easy to understand for all students. He has all favourite teacher qualities in him, and has an exceptional amount of patience, which is one of the reasons why everyone considers him as the best teacher. He explains every question or doubt with so much patience and clarity and makes sure you understand them thoroughly.

He has an excellent command of English and unlike most teachers out there for whom writing impositions, formulas and theorems are important,  he focuses more on logical reasoning rather than memorising complicated equations. He is very disciplined and punctual and ensures that we follow these principles as well. He understands the importance of time and always comes on time. He possesses many of such appreciable qualities which are commendable and highly appreciated by students who want to pursue these qualities as well.

He is very enthusiastic but he is not too pushy and allows us to make the decisions on our own. He perfectly understands the balance between study and extracurricular activities and helps us stay on track with both. He believes in the overall development of the students and thus encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities.

He prepares students for Maths olympiads so that their confidence can be boosted and they excel in a complex subject like Maths. Under his guidance, many students have won prizes in Maths olympiads, and even I have scored the highest marks securing the first position in many Maths competitions. He is an asset to our school as he has played a massive role in improving the overall image of our school including co-curricular and academic aspects and we students are fortunate to have him.

What Makes Him My Favourite Teacher?

Manish Sir is my favourite teacher because he is very humble, kind and polite. I love his way of teaching. He loves all students and doesn't believe in punishing them. He focuses more on conceptual clarity than burdening students with excessive homeworks. He never scolds students and never expresses his concerns in the form of anger. Instead, he talks to the students personally in a calm manner, in a way that helps us improve and wants to put in more effort.

He asks students to be honest with him and always gives equal attention to all the students. He never makes fun of any students and gives extra attention to the weak students. Whenever a student fails to understand any question or equation, he puts extra effort to make him understand, and never tends to lose patience. He calmly explains no matter how many times he has to repeat the same question or statement. He is focused on making us understand every concept with utmost clarity and that is the reason why all students love him.

One of my most favourite qualities of Manish sir is that he keeps track of every student in the class; how they are performing or what are the things they are good at. He constantly keeps an eye out for everyone in the class and helps them to improve themselves and guides them throughout the learning process. He is one of the best teachers in our school who keeps constantly motivating their students and  guiding them in all spheres of life. Manish sir is especially known for not showing even the tiniest amount of favouritism. He treats all his students with an equal amount of fondness and love and cares for every one of us deeply.

He is very experienced and full of life. He tends to keep the entire class on a positive note and never exhibits any behaviour that deteriorates other people. He is concerned about people’s feelings and never hurts anybody. He is very sober and has a great sense of humour. His mathematical knowledge is very vast. Apart from being good at mathematics, he also preaches the importance of having sound knowledge in English and literature.

He loves reading books and always encourages students to spare some time to read novels instead of doing mindless activities like watching tv or playing video games. He also advises us to get more physical activity and play with other people our age and interact more as it would improve communication. He advises students to pursue their hobbies or interests. He understands students' problems and always provides them with a helping hand. He explains everything with examples and makes every concept so interesting to learn for students.

We students love to attend his class because he is very understanding. He covers each topic in detail and gives his full attention in class. He would be the first one to notice if even a single student loses track or starts dozing off. He would just suggest an alternative method or a simpler explanation instead of blaming the student for not paying enough attention to the class. He knows how to draw students' attention in class. He never assigns us too much homework, and after class, he provides us with regular assignments to assess our understanding of a particular topic.

The assignments are often designed to be more informative and research-oriented rather than just making us write down questions or paragraphs from the book and memorise them. By actually going through related articles and books, we gain a greater amount of knowledge and this way, we tend to remember what we learn for a long time as well.

In case if any student fails to do the assignment or performs poorly in a particular chapter, he doesn't shout at them but instead makes them understand the concept again. This way, we students understand that whatever he is doing is for our own benefit and we tend to work harder to improve ourselves. These are a few of the things he does that makes him different from the other teachers and appears approachable to everyone around him. I have never seen a humble and polite teacher like him, and one day I will try to be like him in my career.

Manish Sir is not just a great teacher but also my ideal person. He has all the favourite teacher qualities, and everyone loves him. I am lucky to be his student, and I will always follow his principles in my life. Even after leaving this school, he will remain my favourite teacher, and I will never forget him. I will always remember what he has taught me through example, and I will try to be a great person like him in the future.

While instructing the class, the teacher keeps an eye on every student's activity and disciplines the misbehaving ones. If you truly want success in life, she advises us to focus on our studies and always do as our teacher instructs. She never shows bias in the classroom between any of the students.

Her Importance In My Life

Mousumi ma'am has always been an important person in my life. She helped me select every course of action at various times. She gave me immense knowledge, skills, and positive behaviour expectations so I never felt lost. She always disciplined me and helped me throughout my life, even after school. In class 12th, I did a project under her in which she helped me immensely. It was a very successful project, and we won the 1st prize at the annual technical fest. That year she also got voted as the best teacher for that year. I was very happy for her as well. During my course selection for college, she guided me a lot. She helped me understand which course would be the best for me and sometimes helped me with those subjects.

She was always like a blessing in disguise for me.

A Special Moment In My Life

Last year on teacher's day, I, along with my classmates, gave her a surprise visit at her house and gifted her some chocolates as she loved chocolates. We also gave her a diary and a parker pen. She was delighted and almost burst into tears with happiness. We all had a wonderful time and then went for lunch in the nearby restaurant. It was a special moment for me as well as my friends.

We all have had teachers in our lives who have had a genuine impact on how we live. Every student has a unique space designated in their heart for their professors. There is no substitute for a teacher in a student's life. They give of themselves to make our lives successful.

Essay on My Hobby

Essay generator.

Hobbies play a pivotal role in shaping our personalities and offering us a respite from the monotony of daily routines. They provide an outlet for stress, an opportunity for learning new skills, and a way to explore our passions. In this essay, I will delve into the essence of having a hobby, my personal experience with my hobby, and the multitude of ways it benefits individuals, especially students.

A hobby is more than just a pastime; it is an activity that brings joy and enriches our lives. Engaging in hobbies offers a unique blend of personal satisfaction and creative expression. Whether it’s painting, reading, gardening, playing a musical instrument, or any other activity done for pleasure, hobbies have the power to transform our leisure time into moments of productivity and joy.

My Personal Journey with My Hobby

Among the many hobbies that people enjoy, mine is reading. Reading has always been a window to the world for me, allowing me to travel through time and space, understand different cultures, and gain insights into various aspects of life without leaving the comfort of my home. It began as a casual activity in my childhood, but soon, it burgeoned into a voracious passion for exploring the vast realms of fiction, history, science, and philosophy.

Why Reading is More Than Just a Hobby

Reading is an adventure of the mind. It challenges our perspectives, broadens our horizons, and enriches our understanding. Each book is a new journey, a dive into the depths of knowledge and imagination. Through reading, I have encountered myriad characters and ideas, each teaching me lessons about life, resilience, love, and the complexity of the human condition.

The Benefits of Reading as a Hobby

  • Improves Cognitive Functions : Reading enhances brain connectivity, improves vocabulary and comprehension, and boosts cognitive function. It’s an exercise for the brain, much like physical activity is for the body.
  • Enhances Knowledge : Every book offers new information, providing insights into different aspects of life, science, culture, and philosophy. This continuous learning process enriches one’s understanding and perspective.
  • Develops Critical Thinking Skills : Analyzing plots, understanding character development, and evaluating the themes of a book enhance critical thinking skills, which are invaluable in academic and professional settings.
  • Promotes Empathy : Reading about diverse characters and their struggles promotes empathy and understanding towards people from different backgrounds and with different life experiences.
  • A Stress Reliever : Immersing oneself in a good book can be a great stress reliever. It allows one to escape from the pressures of everyday life and lose oneself in another world.

Integrating Reading into Daily Life

Making reading a part of daily life doesn’t require monumental changes. It starts with setting aside a specific time for reading each day, choosing books that align with personal interests, and gradually expanding one’s reading list to include a variety of genres. Joining book clubs and participating in discussions can also enhance the reading experience, offering new perspectives and making the hobby even more engaging.

The Impact of Reading on My Life

Reading has profoundly impacted my life. It has been my constant companion through various phases, offering comfort during difficult times and adding joy to my happiest days. It has shaped my personality, my values, and my aspirations. Moreover, it has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel academically and professionally.

Encouraging Others to Read

Encouraging others to take up reading as a hobby is about sharing the joy and benefits it brings. It’s about recommending books, sharing reading lists, and creating environments that foster a love for reading. Schools and communities can play a significant role by organizing book fairs, reading clubs, and author meet-and-greets, making reading accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

In conclusion, hobbies are essential for personal growth, relaxation, and enjoyment. My hobby, reading, has opened up a world of knowledge and imagination, providing countless benefits and shaping the person I am today. It stands as a testament to the transformative power of hobbies and their ability to enrich our lives in myriad ways. For students and individuals looking to explore their passions, develop new skills, and find a fulfilling escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, I highly recommend finding a hobby that resonates with you. It could be reading or any other activity that brings you joy and fulfillment. Hobbies are not just pastimes; they are pathways to discovering our passions, enhancing our lives, and experiencing the world in new and exciting ways.

My hobby is reading books. Reading a book is one of my favorite pass times and since I work with words for a living it is also one of my favorite work tasks. There are no words that can describe my admiration and respect for the written word and the modest book that houses them. Even though great thinker of antiquity like Socrates despised the written word calling it unresponsive and dead we have to give out thanks to its ability to conserve knowledge for generations.

My hobby reading books is the best way to escape from the torment of the world and to rest in a world of imagination. Undisturbed by the troubles of my life, my mind can rest from all the stress it goes through every day and find comfort in the words of wise writers or happiness in those that like more light-hearted topics.

Not only do I read books but I also collect them and spend endless hours searching for the right edition for their collection. I even save up money so that I can buy books and extend my library or spend fortunes on rare historic manuscripts.

The fact of the matter is that there is no better way for me to rest and at the same time practice my brain by reading a book, so as far as my hobby reading books goes this way, it is the best pass time I can have. Believe me, once you start exploring the sea of stories written on paper you will never want to stop exploring.

Hobby is something that is of our interest and keeps us engaged in our free time with a free mind. A good habit will not only help us to escape from our daily cores but also keeps us peaceful. Studies prove that practicing a good hobby will keep us away from many mind related problems and loneliness as well.

Reading books as My Hobby:

Hobby is something that develops with us from an early age. I find happiness in reading books in my lonely time to free my mind of stress and study pressures. My hobby is reading books. Reading books is the best knowledge gaining hobby. My hobby reading books has helped me to improve my language too. When I start reading, I create my own imaginary and creative world to travel with the story.

Reading thriller novels will help me to travel to that world with mystery and stories with adventures will improve my creative side, as I am constantly imagining the scenario that’s happening in the story and so on. Thus my hobby reading books interest me the most, has helped me to understand the language better, create noble and ideal thoughts in me and more.

Inspirational and instructive books have always inspired my growing mind to follow the better path to achieve my life goal. By reading books I can be updated on the present world. A person with understandability towards anything will be able to acquire their desired heights more easily and books are molding me to be one.

Living amidst books makes me feel happier and loneliness has never touched me at any point in my life. Books have become my best friend since childhood and I can feel the positive changes they create in me.

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.”

We have all heard of this adage time and again and it also throws light on how important it truly is to make sure that we all have a hobby.

The game of cricket:

Well, my hobby is cricket as I have been enjoying this sport since a very tender age. I remember gazing from the winnow of my room and watching the grown-ups immerse themselves in a game of cricket. I would spend hours watching them and remembering the different shots, the way the bowlers threw the ball at different angles and even imagined myself excelling at cricket.

The need for passion:

I believe that regardless of what we choose, it is important for each one of us to have a hobby. My hobby is something which keeps me going and it adds to my verve and energy. If you develop a good hobby, it will make sure that you would have something to unwind your mind.

When I go out to play cricket, in that moment, I do not think of anything else as I am cool, composed and nothing else matters. So, if you have not yet found your thing which you can truly call as a hobby, I suggest you do so.

I knew my hobby since a tender age and it soon grew into my passion and I can say with utmost pride that I am quite good at cricket. When you truly love something, your zest will give you the kick to excel in it too.

I have a lot of hobbies to pass my time. One of such things is drawing. Even when I was a little child, drawing has always made me happy. Sitting quietly in a place, I can draw for hours. It keeps me busy and relaxes my mind. There is a little secret to why I love drawing so much.

As a person, I am less talkative. Because of that, there are very few friends in my life. The thing is that, instead of speaking out everything, I prefer to express my emotions silently. And drawing just helps me do that.

Sketching is not merely a pass time to me. God has given me a beautiful way to share my thoughts and feelings through drawing. It is an art that becomes my voice when I wish to be quiet. Moreover, drawing also helps me connect more with nature. Trees, birds, animals, rivers, clouds are some of the favorite things that I like to draw.

My art teacher praises the passion I have for drawing. She also appreciates the blending of shades and strokes of brushes when I paint something. My parents and friends always encourage me for the same.

I wish to pursue drawing for the rest of my life. It is my dream to become a true artist one day and that is only possible with regular practice and devotion.

Introduction:

My hobby is dancing. Dancing is the art of performing purposefully selected sequence of movements by humans. Dance is a beautiful hobby that slowly builds in an individual. Dancing becomes a hobby to people who like to listen to music because as they listen, they tend to accompany the beats with dance moves. Although some people might be enjoying music but they are unable to dance because dancing is a performance that requires a skill that not everyone can master.

How it began:

Ever since I was a child, I have been chubby and so my parents had to sign me up for dancing lessons so that I can get physically fit. The dancing lessons seemed enjoyable but when I joined the first class I was unable to dance. I developed a strong determination to learn how to dance because by nature I do not like to accept failure. Within a few weeks, I had learned how to dance and it grew in me and dancing became my hobby. I would dance everywhere and that is how I grew fond of my hobby dancing.

Benefits of My Hobby Dancing:

Through my hobby dancing, I was able to lose weight and my chubbiness was gone. The regular dancing that I have been doing has kept me fit. Sometimes I make money from dancing especially during the holidays. Dancing at events or festivals earns me money. At school, I have won awards because I participate in dance as an extracurricular activity. It is a great feeling to have dancing as my hobby because it is what I love and enjoy.

Who are we without our hobbies? Apart from our physical appearances, the collection of the things we do is what makes us distinct from the next person. While there are things we do simply because we have to, we do others because we love to.

Hobbies are things we do because we have a natural inclination to do so. They give us so much pleasure that we would spend our life time doing it. This is why people try to build their respective professions around their hobbies. By so doing, an ordinarily difficult task suddenly becomes simple.

My love for sewing:

Though I have a lot of hobbies, my love for sewing stands out from the crowd. It all started when my mother bought a sewing machine when I was younger. I was immediately fascinated by the mechanical excellence of the equipment. First, it was the way the machine rolled. Then I was puzzled about the thread movement and how it miraculously turned torn pieces into masterpieces.

Subsequently, my curiosity became a source of entertainment. I would play around the machine and time would disappear while I do so. I would cut my old clothing and run it through the machine just to see it move. Slowly and surely, I became enchanted with sewing so much that it dominated my thought and became my hobby.

Now, I would not leave a single week without creating something adorable with the sewing machine. A few moments spent away from this intriguing environment feels like an eternity. What’s more, I have found that sewing has a therapeutic effect on me. It helps clear my thought and keeps me focused on a single task. Though there is financial gain in this endeavor I do it simply for the thrill.

Me and my hobby:

Sewing is my hobby and it is refreshing to me but over time I realized that by virtue of my love for this craft I became interested in related fields. First, I have to create a sketch of what to sew. This process is a purely creative one. As I draw, I can picture what I would do to the real fabric when I eventually get on the machine. I also visualize what the eventual dress would look like on me or whoever would eventually wear it.

Then, I cut pieces of the fabric as outlined in my drawings. The cutting stage is mainly about precision. The materials have to be systematically shaped in such a way that it fits the measurement taken. Any deviation from this would lead to undesired results.

Finally, the pieces are carefully held together by the automated needle of the machine. This is the most fulfilling part of the process. This is so because seeing the conceptualized idea come to bare serves as an icing on the cake. However, the feeling of excitement I experience after the cloth is made quickly evaporates. I am immediately left with the desire to start over again. Though the process might seem mechanical or even uninspiring to an onlooker, I wouldn’t trade my hobby of sewing for anything else in the world.

Any activity which one does for pleasure is called as a hobby. It can anything ranging from reading books, spending time with your pets, travelling around, talking to new people, just anything which gives immense pleasure to a person and relieves a person of the tensions of daily life. I too have a hobby which is quite common in the world as so many people do it.

It is from here that I gathered interest in reading newspapers. Slowly as we all grew up this hobby of reading newspapers in the morning developed into a full-time activity of reading which came around.

Overall these years, I have the pleasure of reading the Harry Potter series, which still remain the best, The Shiva Trilogy from Amish Tripathi, books from good authors both from India and abroad.

We all participate in some kind of activity in line with our interests that we derive joy and happiness from; this activity is our hobby. We all have different hobbies based on our interests, dislikes and likes.

Types of Hobbies:

There are a lot of different types of hobbies that we can show interest in and develop, examples of hobbies are singing, dancing, playing outdoor or indoor games, drawing, collecting antiques, bird watching, writing, photography, reading, eating, playing, sports, music, gardening, cooking, watching TV, talking and any other activity you can think of. Our different hobbies that become a source of earning money and a means of livelihood and we can build a very successful career out of our hobbies. A hobby is meant to be enjoyed in our leisure time but it can become a lot more than that.

My Hobbies:

One popular misconception is that we can have only one hobby; this is totally not true. As a child growing up, I loved and enjoyed cooking and I would spend hours watching cooking programmes and watching my parents cook. Sooner rather than later, I also started trying out different recipes and dishes I had seen on TV and sometimes even tweaked a few things and made delicacies of my own. Cooking gave my childhood so much joy and bliss which made it one of my hobbies, I could cook all day and I get just happy at the thought of trying out a new recipe. Another hobby of mine is soccer which is kind of an accidental hobby (if there is anything like that). I had always loved watching football (or soccer) and was pretty good at analysis and understanding of the game but I never really tried playing the sport because of my first hobby that is cooking which meant I was more of the indoor person. Fate would have it that one of my close friends was on the varsity soccer team and all the goalkeepers got injured so he told me about an open audition for the position of goalkeeper and I just decided to try out. I was wonderful at the try outs and got a spot on the varsity soccer team, I became a pretty brilliant goalkeeper and I look forward to every opportunity to get on the field of play. There is this feeling of fulfilment and satisfaction I get anytime I am on the field of play. It is very possible to have more than one hobby so open yourself to the possibilities of all the different activities and interesting things around us.

My Favourite Hobby:

My favourite hobby is gardening. I spend most of my leisure time when I am not cooking or playing soccer in gardening. Gardening has been a huge source of knowledge, education, delight and entertainment to me. I have had the opportunity to learn a lot of new things on flowers, plants, vegetables, butterflies and even birds from gardening. My parents have a little plot of land where I pursue and practice this hobby. I have different varieties of vegetables, flowers and a few fruit trees in my garden. Some of the vegetables I grow are carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, radish, chillies, bitter gourd, etc. I also grow flowers like jasmine, roses, lilies, merry gold, carnation, poppies, flux and forget-me-not. These flowers make the garden a delight to behold and give the garden a soothing fragrance.

There are a few fruit-trees in the garden including banana, mango, guava and pomegranate. The garden is visited often by quite a number of birds and there are even some birds are live permanently on the fruit trees. The chirping sound made by the birds and their sweet music gives the garden the perfect condition and makes it the ideal place to be.

Gardening has also helped my other hobby (soccer) by keeping me mentally alert, physically fit and very fresh. The ambience of the garden is highly invigorating, fresh and soothing; there is calmness to the atmosphere of the garden. The processes and activities involved in gardening include weeding, digging, grafting, cutting, maturing, watering and the tilling of the soil. All of these activities get me the needed physical exercise I need to make my body fit and keep me sharp mentally.

A lot of family members and friends appreciate my hobby gardening. Over the years, I have been able to develop skills needed in gardening, sometimes; my father also helps me maintain the garden. I have a worthy and wonderful collection of magazines and books on vegetables, flowers, fruit trees and also gardening overall. It is quite a wonderful experience to watch plants grow, develop and blossom.

I am not full of knowledge in gardening; sometimes, I get advice and help from a professional gardener so as to know the right thing to do. I spend a large chunk of my money purchasing manure, seeds, fertilisers, books on gardening and gardening tools and implements. I try to catch all the programmes on television about gardening, I visit plant and flower shows and also fruit and vegetable exhibition. I try my possible best to balance all my hobbies, studies and other engagements without hurting any one of them for the others.

Gardening motivates me and gives me a sense of purpose about what I can achieve with my life. Once I am gardening, I forget about all of my worries, troubles and problems of the world. I am my happiest when I am working in the garden or when I get to give my friends and my family members fruits from the garden.

Essay on my teacher

Essay on my teacher 3 Models

Essay on my teacher, we will present to you this important 500-word essay about the teacher in a long essay topic.

And we must take into account the educational stage for which we present this short paragraph and phrases about the teacher’s day. Because the teacher has a great importance in society, no one can deny it.

The teacher is the basis of civilizations and the reason for the progress of countries that have excelled and leaped forward. The teacher is a warrior who fights in peace and does not go to war.

The teacher is the person who starts with the young child from scratch until he reaches the highest positions, and enables him to compete globally with countries and scholars from all parts of the earth.

Essay on my teacher

People said in the past, out of respect and reverence for the teacher, “Stand up to the teacher and be revered… The teacher is almost a messenger.”

The meaning of this phrase is that the teacher has a great importance, like the importance of the messengers whom God sent to teach people good and keep them away from evil.

That is why the saying urges us to respect the teacher, and when we see him coming, we must stand up to honor him.

In the essay on my teachers, young and old should know what is the importance of a teacher in their lives.

They must know what life and societies would be like if the teacher disappeared from them in any of their fields. The teacher is not limited to reading and writing only. But each field must have a teacher who guides you and gives you a summary of his experience.

What is the importance of science?

Science has a great role in human life. Because of science, man was able to develop himself from just a cave dweller wearing a piece of animal skins to someone who was able to discover people and make a variety of clothes.

Man has decided not to live idly by and not move forward and develop himself. He decided to cook his own food and weave his clothes. He decided to learn how to build a house of timber instead of sleeping in the dark and cold caves.

After this stage, science did not stop for the hut stage and cooking food, but man learned how to grow plants and raise wild animals inside his home. He has moved on to a greater stage of making machines that help him in hunting and self-defense. Learning continued in human life until they made cars and modern transportation. To this day, humans have not stopped learning sciences until they reached space.

What is the role of the teacher and his preference over society?

But who taught humans all these skills? Humans on earth began with Adam descending from heaven, and he had learned many things from God. When our master Adam and Lady Eve gave birth to the first two children, they taught them all the knowledge and sciences they knew. Thus, our master Adam was the first teacher on the planet Earth.

Then the children began to go out and learn by observation and experience, and with time they had children and taught them their experiences and summaries of their experiences.

With this beginning, the role of the teacher grew and spread, until every generation knew who would come after it.

But when the number of people increased and the sciences increased, it was necessary to assign a teacher to each field.

The teacher began to appear in a different way and teach those who wish to learn, and his role is not limited to teaching his children only.

A fishing teacher and a swimming teacher have appeared. There is a culinary teacher and a language teacher. Thus, each field has a dedicated teacher

As for the role of the teacher in society, it is a vital and indispensable role. Where the teacher transfers his expertise in a particular field to the students, which develops this field and makes it not exposed to loss. Thus, the teacher transfers his domain to a higher and higher stage.

The student also transports from ignorance and darkness to a new stage of knowledge that enlightens the mind and relaxes the heart. When an individual learns, society moves forward with him.

What would society be like without a teacher?

If we lose the teacher from our society, we will live in ignorance and darkness. Science will become extinct and disappear because it is not passed onto future generations.

If we lose a teacher for a language or a certain scientific subject, we must bring a teacher from another place, so as not to be shocked by the disappearance of this language or this scientific material from our society.

This is what makes us say that the teacher moves society and individuals from darkness to light. Therefore, losing a teacher brings society back to darkness.

What is our duty to the teacher?

The teacher has many duties towards us as individuals and towards governments. The teacher should get the highest grade in the whole country. The teacher is the one who taught the doctors and taught the judges.

The teacher has taught all classes of society. How can everyone be preferred and forget the teacher and his role in their education? If we thought of turning back time and leaving those who find favor in society without an education or a teacher, would they have reached where they are now without a teacher or not?

The answer is that without a teacher, no one has any identity or any status, so the teacher must be placed in a place that suits him. Governments must encourage and reward teachers on an ongoing basis, so that they continue to give.

Remunerative salaries should be allocated to them so that the teacher does not feel unappreciated, especially since there are other groups of society who are given more salaries than the teacher despite the insignificance of their jobs.

Introduction:

A hobby is what one usually does in order to have fun and enjoy one’s leisure time. Having fun is a great thing that can be developed at some point in a person’s life from childhood to adulthood but sometimes it is much better to have fun from childhood. We all participate in some kind of work in line with our interests in which we derive pleasure and happiness from; this work is our hobby. We all have different hobbies based on our interests, likes and dislikes.

Types of Entertainment- Hobby

There are many types of hobbies we can show interest in and improve, such as singing, dancing, playing outdoor or indoor games, drawing, collecting antiques, bird watching, writing, photography, reading, eating, playing, sports, music, garden, cooking, watching TV, talking and any other activity you can think of. Our various hobbies become a source of income and livelihoods and we can create the most successful work with our hobbies. Recreational activities are meant to be enjoyed during our leisure time but can be much more than that.

Favorites v/s Hobby

Another popular misconception is that we can have only one hobby; this is by no means true. Growing up, I loved and loved to cook and I spent many hours watching cooking programs and watching my parents cook. Soon, I was experimenting with different recipes and dishes that I had seen on TV and sometimes even filmed a few treats. Cooking gave my childhood a lot of joy and happiness which made it one of my favorite things, I could cook all day and just be happy when I thought of trying a new recipe.

One of my favorites is soccer, which is an accidental hobby (if anything like that). I have always loved watching football (or football) and am very good at analyzing and understanding the game but I have never tried to play this game because of my first cooking hobby which meant I was a housewife. The fate would be that one of my closest friends was on the varsity football team and all the goalkeepers were injured so he told me about an open evaluation of the goalkeeper’s position and I just decided to give it a try.

I was amazing in the try out and got a place in the varsity football team, became a very good goalkeeper and looked forward to every opportunity to get on the pitch. There is this feeling of satisfaction and satisfaction that I get whenever I am on the playground. It is very possible that you have more than one hobby to open up opportunities for all the different activities and interesting things around us.

My Favorite Hobby

My favorite thing is the garden. Most of my leisure time is on cooking or playing soccer in the garden. The garden has been a great source of information, education, pleasure and entertainment for me. I had the opportunity to learn many new things about flowers, plants, vegetables, butterflies and even birds from the garden. My parents have a small place for me to pursue and pursue this hobby.

I have a variety of vegetables, flowers and a few fruit trees in my garden. Some of the vegetables I grow are carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, seedlings, peppers, hot peppers, etc. Jasmine, lilies, lilies, sweet gold, carnation, poppies, flux, and forget me-no are among the flowers I grow. These flowers make the garden enjoyable to see and give the garden a pleasant aroma.

There are several fruit trees in the garden including bananas, mangoes, guavas and pomegranates. The garden is often visited by numerous birds, and some birds live permanently in the orchards. The humming sounds of birds and their beautiful music give the garden a beautiful scenery and a beautiful setting.

Working in the garden has helped me with other hobbies (soccer) by keeping me mentally alert, healthy and hot. The ambience of the garden is very refreshing, fresh and soft; there is peace in the atmosphere of the garden. Processes and activities involved in gardening include weeding, digging, linking, cutting, ripening, irrigation and soil cultivation. All of these activities give me the exercise I need to keep my body balanced and mentally fit.

Many family members and friends appreciate my garden of amusement. Over the years, I have been able to develop the necessary skills in the garden, sometimes; and my father helps me take care of the garden. I have a wonderful and amazing collection of magazines and books on vegetables, flowers, fruit trees and the whole garden. It is a wonderful feeling to see plants grow, grow and flourish.

I am not full of knowledge in the garden; sometimes, I get advice and help from a gardener to know what to do. I spend a lot of my money buying compost, seeds, fertilizer, garden tools and garden tools and tools also try to host all the programs on television about the garden, visiting plant and flower shows and fruit and vegetable shows. I also balance all my hobbies, lessons and other engagements without hurting one of them to others.

Farming inspires me and gives me a sense of purpose in what I can achieve with my life. When I work in the garden, I forget about all my worries, problems and worldly problems. I really enjoy working in the garden or when I come in to give my friends and family members fruit from the garden.

Although Gardening is not only a hobby, it is one of the things which every person should do in his/her life. It gives me pleasure and happiness. I also study in the fresh air of my garden and also do exercise there.

Every person should grow at least one plant or a tree near his/her house. In such a way, we will also be saved with many harmful diseases.

Essay on My Hobby | Higher Secondary levels

My hobby (surfing internet) 350 words.

Every person in this world has its own hobby and habits, which he loves the most. Someone likes to play, someone like to sing and dance and some peoples like to read books in their spare time.

My favorite hobby is to browse many sites daily, I also read the blog posts and also share it with my friends and relatives.

Surfing Internet

Thanks to modern science for inventing such kind of great technologies which are making our life easier day by day. Now I don’t need to go here and there to learn new things because many pro bloggers, youtubers, and teachers are already available there. I also do many short courses free of cost from the Internet.

I also watch many Youtube channels daily to gain Information. My favorite youtube channel is “Sports Fever”  and I watch his videos daily.

I also read news online, which keeps me up to date with my surroundings and also inform me about the new facts.

I also use social media on a daily basis like Facebook, Tweeter and especially Insta for helping junior communities.

Now there are many books and magazines available on the Internet called e-books, I also love to read them. And I also read funny memes and jokes for some refreshment but not that much.

Thanks to the Internet which makes trading, communication, and transitions very easy. Now we can also purchase anything from $1 – $10,000  within seconds. I can also keep in contact with my friends on WhatsApp and Messenger too.

But I use most of my time in helping junior communities through the Internet (or Social media Like FB) and really I got pleasure and happiness by helping them.

Although as compared to all other hobbies this one may have also more demerits, like weakness of eyesight and also browsing the wrong sites/videos, etc. But! Thanks to God, my aim and hobby are so different from all the common people. My parents and relatives also appreciate me and I love my hobby very much.

My hobby is drawing, I love to draw. When I was a kid, I loved playing with color pencils and oil pastels. Now I am a high school student and I am still trying to draw better. I hope that I will be an artist in the future. My parents are really supportive and they always inspire me to draw.

My father buys me drawing pencils and paper. In my free time, I don’t watch TV, I draw. I think that helps me to become creative. Drawing is my passion. The most beautiful scene for me is the sunset on the beach.

Your Favorite Hobby: Cooking – Paragraph: 2 (150 Words)

Everyone has a hobby and so do I. My hobby is cooking. I love to cook. At first, I used to help my mom in her cooking. But later I found that I really enjoy cooking. I asked my mom to teach me that, and she was really happy about this.  Then she teaches me and I learned pretty much everything about cooking.

I don’t get enough time to cook but I try my best. Everyone says that my cooked food is really delicious and I think so also. I wish to become a popular cooking teacher in the future. People should learn so many cooking techniques that I know now.

I watch YouTube videos regularly which helps me to gain so much knowledge on different types of cooking. Once I cook for my cousin who came from America and he was amazed after eating that food. That day was really inspiring for me, everybody praised my dish and then I never looked back and never give up.

My Favorite Hobby: Book Reading – Paragraph: 3 (200 Words)

My hobby is book reading. I started reading a book from the first grade when my father took me into a book fair and I bought a few cartoon books. I never looked back then. That’s the only thing that makes me happy. I can forget everything in this world when I am with a good book.

I used to read stories and fiction in my primary school days. But now I am pretty much grown up and I love reading books related to science and history. Bangladesh has an amazing history regarding the 1971 liberation war. I have read more than 10 books on that particular topic. I don’t read only Bengali books.

There are so many English books that I have read. My favorite book is ‘Science fiction by Muhammad Jafar Iqbal’.  I think he is the best writer in this country for the kids. Humayun Ahmed also has few awesome books but most of his books are for grown peoples.

I want to keep continue my hobby. I think book reading is the best hobby ever. Book seems like a friend. It will never feel you alone. I can spend my leisure time without wasting it. People can gain so much knowledge by reading good books. Everyone should read books.

My Hobby: Gardening – Paragraph: 3 (250 Words)

People have several types of hobbies and I have a pretty much different hobby in me. My hobby is gardening. A few years ago, I visited Delhi in a cousin’s house and found he has made his own garden in the roof. I thought that was a good idea. I used to love spending time in her garden .

There were several types of flowers and a few vegetables too. I am living in a small city and we have enough land in front of our house where I can do a garden easily. When I came back to Bangladesh from Delhi, I started working on my own garden. My parents were really supportive.

I learned so many things from my cousin. She knows pretty much everything about gardening. When I face any problem, I call her and she makes a solution or provides me a video link where I can find the solution. Right now in my garden, there are 20 types of flowers and other trees.

I was to increase my garden day by day because we have enough land here. Gardening is not hard at all. People think that you have to work hard in the sun. Not at all, you can do all of your work in the afternoon. I do that. But taking care of your garden is really important, otherwise, it won’t work.

I have witnessed so many failures in my garden at the beginning. But now I am doing well. If we all do gardening that can help us to save from Environment Pollution and Green House Effect. Everyone should do gardening and make this world green.

My Hobby: Video Gaming – Paragraph: 4 (300 Words)

A hobby is something that people love to do when he is free and it makes them relaxed and entertained. In this boring working world, everyone should have a hobby that makes him happy. Actually, hobby comes in mind automatically. Several people have several types of hobbies.

The most common hobbies are gardening, stamp collecting, reading books, drawing, watching TV, etc, but my hobby is pretty much different than others. I love playing video games. And I think that is my hobby. When I was in class six, my father bought me a computer and that was my starting in video games.

My favorite game genre is car racing, puzzle, and chess . I think playing chess with a computer makes me really calm and everyone should play this game. I avoid shooting games, these are really addictive and shooting games are not good for health.

I play games in my leisure time, I don’t waste time playing games. My aim in life is to become a computer engineer and then build my own games. I am working on this daily. I am learning computer in-depth. My passion is to work with the computer always.

The video game has a good side and bad side both. Playing too many video games can ruin your attention power; you won’t be able to attentive in your study. That’s why I say every one to play in a limit. Personally, I maintain a routine and never play out of routine .

I usually buy new games every month. My elder brother brings a game CD for me. I love video game and this is my favorite hobby. Among other hobbies, I think this is the best one for me.

 My Hobby Reading Book

All my school friends have chosen something as their hobby while promoted to high school from the primary standard. I also chose book reading as my hobby. I love to read different kinds of books since my early childhood. I still remember that my mother used to tell me stories at night when I was a child.

Probably my passion for reading storybooks got developed from that time. I prefer reading detective as well as ghost stories. One of my teachers has asked me to read travel stories by Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay. I have read the book Chander Pahar written by him. The character Shankar from the novel Chander Pahar has become very close to my heart.

Essay on My Hobby Reading Book within 200 Words

My Hobby Reading Book

Everybody in their life pursues something as a hobby. A hobby is something that any person is passionate about. People spend their leisure time pursuing a hobby. Like other people, I have chosen reading books as my hobby. This hobby of mine is not about reading regular academic books. Rather I love to read books on different topics and incidents happening all around the world.

Especially, I love to read books on real travel stories as well as adventures. My habit of reading books developed since I was a child. We had no television or mobile phone in our house but a lot of books. I used to read from them whatever I wanted to. Most of those I hardly understood. I still remember those days when my father used to buy me monthly child magazines like Anandamela and Suktara.

I still love reading comics from those magazines. My favorite comics are Tintin, Chacha Chowdhury as well as Nonte-Fonte. I have recently read a book named Aranyak written by Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay. It is all about the life experience of the author in a remote rural location of India. In this book, the description of nature is so vivid that any passionate reader will get lost in an amazing experience. All my teachers as well as my parents appreciate this hobby.

Essay on My Hobby Reading Book within 300 Words

A hobby is something that a person pursues to take a break from the same monotonous regular routine. That’s why everyone chooses something as a hobby that they love. Because as wise men say that love can be the ultimate motivation to do something.

So, we all need to choose something as our hobby that we are passionate about. Without passion, all our efforts to do something creative go into the vein. Our hobbies necessarily can enrich us both physically and mentally. That’s why my father says that hobbies are needed to be chosen wisely and very carefully for proper utilization of both time and effort.

Hobbies can be of many different types. Many of my classmates have chosen singing, gardening, painting as their hobbies. My best friend Piyush chose stamps collection as his hobby. These all hobbies bring refreshment to them. Like my friends, I have also chosen reading books as my hobby. I enjoy my hobby the most.

I love to read about everything no matter what topic it is. Since my early childhood, I developed a passion for reading. My parents used to gift me so many books since then. Every year, I go to the Kolkata International Book Fair with my parents. Moreover, After getting promoted to high school from primary, I got exclusive student access to my school library.

Nowadays, I borrow more books from the library than buying them. Not only the school library but my father has also helped me to get a membership of the district library Khardah.

I love reading all kinds of books. But especially I am passionate about reading historical fiction. For this reason, Bengali writer Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay is one of my most favorite writers. Besides these, I also love to read adventure fiction as well as mythologies.

Essay on My Hobby Reading Book within 500 Words

What is a hobby? What a person should choose as a hobby? Before going deep into the discussion of my hobby, let’s talk about the hobby itself. A hobby is something that people do especially in their leisure time mostly for enjoyment. We do not expect to get paid for our hobbies.

These are some habits that come from inside us due to our natural internal tendency as well as passion. Hobbies include a wide range of activities. It can be collecting something like coins or stamps or leaves, fine arts activities like painting, dancing,  Creative works like gardening, writing poetry, etc. Or it can simply be reading books, like what I have chosen as my hobby of life.

At the very beginning, I want to say that I literally admire my hobby, and one of my playschool teachers inspired me to fall in love with reading books when I was at my very early age. I still remember she used to bring me many kinds of colorful interesting books full of amazing stories as well as pictures.

At that age, I fond of those kinds of books. Later on, I came to know that those books are known as comics. I have read so many comics since my early childhood. Tintin, Phantom, Dennis the Menace, Hada Bhoda, Nonte-Phonte is a few among them. My parents always appreciate my hobby of reading books. For me, reading any book is the way of my utmost relaxation.

When I get tremendously bored of my regular monotonous life, at that point my storybooks help me to travel in some dream location being a part of some exciting adventure of imagination. After going to high school, I got exclusive access to my school’s students’ library and a different world opened there for me. From then, I borrow books so many kinds of books from my school library and read them thoroughly.

Here, I would like to mention my school librarian sir Mr. Paresh Pathak who helps me to choose the proper book according to my age and reading tendency. From my school library, I have read many works of great authors like Guru Rabindranath Tagore, Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay, Satyajit Ray, and many more.

Recently, I have developed a special interest in magic realism. Very recently, I was reading a work of the great Nobel laureate Gabriel Garcia Marquez. The name of the book is very famous One Hundred Years of Solitude. It is an amazing work that led me to a different fantasy world along with the dark humorous touch of eternal truth.

I’ve also read some works of Franz Kafka. His famous work The Metamorphosis will be very close to my heart always. For these also all credit goes my school librarian sir. He first suggested me to read something unconventional out of the box.

I got the first book of Gabriel Garcia Marquez from him. Moreover, I learned about magic realism from him as well. I believe that no matter what happens with human beings, but books, stories, and realization are eternal. They will never abandon me in my entire life.

That was all about essay writing on my hobby reading books. Here in the session, I have tried to write some essays on the very topic following every method and all possible perspectives. Moreover, I have also tried to write them for students of different classes. Besides, I maintained the word limit relevant for various examinations.

Hope you found this session helpful as per your requirement. Let us know your valuable opinion as well as suggestions for this session in the comment section below. Thank you; see you again very soon.

At 5, She Picked Up Chess as a Pandemic Hobby. At 9, She’s a Prodigy.

Bodhana Sivanandan, a fourth-grader, has become one of England’s best players just a few years after discovering chess during pandemic lockdown.

Bodhana Sivanandan smiles with her arms folded on a white table, with a chessboard in front of her. She is wearing a pink windbreaker jacket zipped up to her chin.

By Isabella Kwai

Since learning chess during a pandemic lockdown, Bodhana Sivanandan has won a European title in the game, qualified for this year’s prestigious Chess Olympiad tournament, and established herself as one of England’s best players.

She also turned 9 in March. That makes Bodhana, a prodigy from the London borough of Harrow, the youngest player to represent England at such an elite level in chess, and quite possibly the youngest in any international sporting competition.

“I was happy and I was ready to play,” Bodhana said in a phone interview, two days after she learned that she had been selected for this year’s Olympiad, an international competition considered to be the game’s version of the Olympics.

The fourth-grader, who learned chess four years ago when she stumbled across a board her father was planning to discard, knows exactly what she wants to accomplish next. “I’m trying to become the youngest grandmaster in the world,” she said, “and also one of the greatest players of all time.”

She has some three years to achieve her first goal. The youngest person to become grandmaster, the highest distinction other than world champion, is Abhimanyu Mishra, an American player who was 12 years, 4 months and 25 days when he became grandmaster in 2021.

International masters have called Bodhana a phenomenon since she burst onto the competitive chess scene that same year. She beat adults for the first women’s prize in the European Blitz Chess Championship last December, and is currently ranked as a woman FIDE master, a title given by the International Chess Federation.
