It’s gotten so needlessly convoluted after 20 years that people literally make a living out of creating guides, builds, addons and other content for the game.

Uhm, you know non of this matters in normal and heroic right? sure he puts out strats to do it at the beginning, but this is mainly for mythic. the hardest content of the game. you think ff14 hardest content doesnt require spreaedsheets and good cd usage? just stay in normals for peets sake.

Imagine being the kind of loser who complains about an optional tool some healers like to use at high end, when you yourself have never even beaten half a heroic raid. Literally can not imagine a more pathetic reason to get mad.

It’s gotten so needlessly convoluted after 20 years that people literally make a living out of creating guides, builds, addons and other content for the game. It's been like this since literally the beginning. Things like this have been happening since molten core.

What happened to just playing and enjoying the game I've grown to enjoy this planning period of a new raid tier a lot. Sometimes things end up far different from how we predicted but it's a really satisfying feeling for a group when you are able to predict things accurately, the plan following those predictions is executed successfully, and you clear the encounter.
