প্রবন্ধ রচনা.

প্রবন্ধ কী : ‘প্রবন্ধ’ শব্দের অর্থ প্রকৃষ্ট বন্ধন। প্রকৃতপক্ষে ভাব ও ভাষার বন্ধন। কোনো একটি বিষয়কে ভাব ও চিন্তার মধ্য দিয়ে ভাষায় প্রাণবন্ত করে প্রকাশ করাই হচ্ছে প্রবন্ধ। প্রবন্ধের প্রকারভেদ : বিষয়ভেদে প্রবন্ধকে প্রধানত তিন ভাগে বিভক্ত করা যায়। যথাঃ ১. বর্ণনামূলক; ২. ঘটনামূলক; ও ৩. চিন্তামূলক। প্রবন্ধের বিভিন্ন অংশ : প্রবন্ধের সাধারণত তিনটি অংশ। যথাঃ ১। ভূমিকা, ২। মূল অংশ ও ৩। উপসংহার। ১। ভূমিকা : প্রবন্ধের প্রারম্ভিক প্রস্তাবনা বা ভূমিকা অংশ প্রবন্ধের আলোচ্য বিষয়ে প্রবেশের দরজা। সূচনা-পর্বটি খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সেজন্য ভূমিকা অংশের ওপর মূল বিষয়গত ভাবের প্রতিফলন এমনভাবে হওয়া দরকার যাতে প্রবন্ধের মূল বিষয়ে উত্তরণের দ্বার তো খুলে যাবেই, সেই সঙ্গে বিষয়টি হৃদয়গ্রাহী হয়ে পাঠকের কাছে আকর্ষণীয় হবে। ভূমিকা যাতে অপ্রাসঙ্গিক ও অনাবশ্যক বাগ্বাহুল্য-দোষে দুষ্ট না হয় সেদিকে লক্ষ রাখতে হবে। ২। মূল অংশ : ভূমিকার পরে প্রবন্ধের মূল বিষয়ের আলোচনা শুরু হয়। মূল বক্তব্য পরিবেশনের আগে বিষয়টিকে প্রয়োজনীয় সংকেত -এ ভাগ করে নিতে হয়। সংকেত-সূত্রের পরম্পরা রক্ষা করে প্রবন্ধের অবয়বকে সুসংহতভাবে গড়ে তুলতে হয়। প্রতিটি সংকেতের কতখানি বিস্তার হবে তা তার প্রকাশের পূর্ণতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল। কাজেই আয়তনগত পরিমাপ নির্দিষ্ট নেই। প্রতিটি সংকেতের ওপর প্রয়োজনীয় গুরুত্ব দিয়ে আলোচনা করতে হয়। ৩। উপসংহার : প্রবন্ধের সর্বশেষ অংশ উপসংহার। সূচনার মতো সমাপ্তিরও আছে সমান গুরুত্ব। প্রবন্ধের ভাববস্তু ভূমিকার উৎস থেকে ক্রমাগ্রগতি ও ক্রমবিকাশের ধারা বহন করে উপসংহারে এসে একটি ভাবব্যঞ্জনা সৃষ্টি করে সমাপ্তির ছেদ-রেখা টানে। এখানে লেখকের ব্যক্তিগত অভিমত প্রকাশের যথেষ্ট অবকাশ থাকে। উপসংহারে লেখক একদিকে যেমন আলোচনার সিদ্ধান্তে উপনীত হয়, অন্যদিকে তেমনি লেখকের নিজস্ব অভিমতের কিংবা আশা-আকাঙ্গখা সার্থক প্রতিফলনও ঘটে। প্রবন্ধ রচনার ক্ষেত্রে যা যা মনে রাখা প্রয়োজন : প্রবন্ধ রচনার সময় কিছু নিয়মকানুন অনুসরণ করা প্রয়োজন। তাহলে প্রবন্ধের মান বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং পরীক্ষায় অধিক নম্বর পাওয়া যায়। এক্ষেত্রে, ১. প্রবন্ধের বিষয় সম্পর্কে গভীরভাবে চিন্তা করতে হবে। ২. চিন্তাপ্রসূত ভাবগুলো অবশ্যই ধারাবাহিকভাবে সাজাতে হবে। ৩. প্রতিটি ভাব উপস্থাপন করতে হবে পৃথক অনুচ্ছেদে। ৪. একই ভাব, তথ্য বা বক্তব্য বারবার উল্লেখ করা যাবে না। ৫. রচনার ভাষা হতে হবে সহজ, সরল ও প্রাঞ্জল। ৬. উপস্থাপিত তথ্যাবলি অবশ্যই নির্ভুল হতে হবে। ৭. বড় ও জটিল বাক্য যতটা সম্ভব পরিহার করতে হবে। ৮. নির্ভুল বানানে লিখতে হবে। ৯. সাধু ও চলিত ভাষার মিশ্রণ ঘটানো যাবে না। ১০. উপসংহারে সুচিন্তিত নিজস্ব মতামত উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।

Bengali Rachana or Bengali essay or বাংলা রচনা is a significant part of Bengali language at school levels and in higher level studies. We all know the fact that essay writing is an important part for enhancing the writing skill in any language, so, writing Bengali essays is equally important to grow the knowledge in Bengali and overall writing skills. Bengali Cultural Identity in Post-Colonial Era: An Analysis of Bengali Cultural Re-presentations

This research brings out the historical presences, hybridity and fluidity inherent in Bengali cultural identity. Every culture sits in the domain of third space and there is no culture free from foreign influences. Bengali culture has multiple foreign presences historically gained through its evolution of centuries. In cultural representations, people of one culture are commonly shown as one united true self. In 21st Century, the idea of Bengali entity as 'one true self' is a questionable concept since the generations are more hybrid in technological world. Any kind of generalization or national unity in terms of opinions have been become myth as there are multiple intersectional aspects exist in one culture like different religions, languages, communities and historical practices. From such ground, this research aims to find out the foreign presences in Bengali culture, its 'one true self', and the connection of the Bengali community to the past. This research will evaluate the approaches of representing Bengali culture as well. It is a qualitative research. The text, "Cultural Identity and Diaspora" written by Stuart Hall, is used as the central instrument for this research and it follow the approach of S. Hall, the way he evaluated the 'Caribbean identity and its presences'

This article examines the commonalities and differences constructed among different Bengali diasporic communities in London that purport to determine the authenticity of an ethnic Bengali identity. I argue that the ‘dominant’, homogenous discourse of multiculturalism fails to take into account the contestations of Bengali identity based on religion and class. Overall I seek to focus on the processes of objectification whereby various aspects of the Bengali identity are evoked situationally. Abstract: This article explores the various discourses on forming Muslim Bengali identity from the Eleven century to the twenty century. It becomes hardened and used in multiple politically mobilizable forms in Bengal politics. This study engages numerous articulations of the Muslim Bengali identity to show the changing representations of what qualifies as Muslim Bengali and who played role as major key figures of Muslim Bengali Nations from 1200 CE to 1999 CE. It also critically engages with new knowledge production. For instance, the different forms of non-fictional Bengali literature, and the views of the English-educated Urdu speaking and Sanskrit elites of Bengal. These writers wrote about the collaborative of forces acting upon the formation of a Muslim Bengali identity. While literature played an essential role in developing an initial awareness among Muslims, Bengali identity preparations' developments and processes diverse in different sites, thereby producing new shades on Muslim Bengali identity. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to see the identity crisis among Bengal Muslims. Recently, Bangladesh has witnessed debates on issues of identity politics with regard to the existence of IS activists and global link of terrorism in the context of the killing of two foreigners (one Italian national and another Japanese national). The politicisation of religion, especially Islam mainly by Jamaat-e-Islami and the patronisation of religious zealots by Western and Middle Eastern sources 1 seem to make the ground for political killing and the killing of the foreigners. Besides, several bloggers were recently murdered by such bigots who even do not know what blog and blogging are. While the country is undergoing a substantial progress in terms of economic advancement and political stability and attempting to move from a lower middle-income country to a middle-income country, miscreants behind the screen play a vicious game of subterfuge and unfortunately remain untouched. The recent attempt to thwart the image of Bangladesh as a peaceful nation at national and global levels seems to be connected to a long-term scheme of making the trial of war criminals controversial and ultimately scandalising the notion of a digitalised Bangladesh progressing with steady steps. In this context, it is worth tracing back the origin of debates centring on Bengali identity in relation to religion, nationality and ethnicity and pointing to the decisive roles that Bengali played politically under the leadership of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman during Pakistan era.

Load Shedding

Load shedding means the discontinuity of supply of electricity for short or long time. Nowadays it has become a part of our daily life. There are many reasons for load shedding. The insufficient production of electricity is the main reason of it. Misuse and illegal connection of electricity are the other reasons of it. It occurs mostly at night because the demand of electricity is more than in the daytime. The bad effects of load shedding are beyond description. It creates problem in the socio-economic development of the country. Mills and factories, shops, hospitals etc. become paralyzed due to load shedding. The sufferings of the students know no bounds. They sit in the darkness closing their books during the load shedding. They suffer a lot of if it occurs in the time of their examination. The patients also suffer terribly because operation stops in hospitals for load shedding. Load shedding at night also encourages the thieves. However, this problem should be solved at any cost. The concerned authority must take necessary steps to stop it. More power stations should be established. Illegal connection and system loss should also be stopped. After all, there is no alternative to be conscious about the misuse of electricity.

লোড শেডিং (বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট) মানে স্বল্প বা দীর্ঘ সময়ের জন্য বিদ্যুত সরবরাহ বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়া। আজকাল এটি আমাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনের একটি অঙ্গ হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। লোডশেডিংয়ের অনেক কারণ রয়েছে। বিদ্যুতের অপর্যাপ্ত উত্পাদন এটির মূল কারণ। বিদ্যুতের অপব্যবহার এবং অবৈধ সংযোগ এটির অন্যান্য কারণ। এটি বেশিরভাগ রাতেই ঘটে কারণ দিনের তুলনায় বিদ্যুতের চাহিদা বেশি। লোডশেডিংয়ের খারাপ প্রভাব বর্ণনার বাইরে। এটি দেশের আর্থ-সামাজিক উন্নয়নে সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করে। মিল ও কল-কারখানা, দোকান, হাসপাতাল ইত্যাদি লোডশেডিংয়ের কারণে পক্ষাঘাতগ্রস্থ হয়ে পড়েছে। শিক্ষার্থীদের ভোগান্তির কোনও সীমা নেই। তারা লোডশেডিংয়ের সময় বইগুলি বন্ধ করে অন্ধকারে বসে থাকে। এটি যদি তাদের পরীক্ষার সময় ঘটে তবে তারা প্রচুর ভোগে। লোডশেডিংয়ের জন্য হাসপাতালে অপারেশন বন্ধ থাকায় রোগীরা ভয়াবহভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থও হন। রাতে লোডশেডিং চোরদের উত্সাহ দেয়। তবে যে কোনও মূল্যে এই সমস্যাটি সমাধান করা উচিত। এটি বন্ধে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবশ্যই প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে হবে। আরও বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্র স্থাপন করা উচিত। অবৈধ সংযোগ এবং সিস্টেমের ক্ষতিও বন্ধ করা উচিত। সর্বোপরি বিদ্যুতের অপব্যবহার সম্পর্কে সচেতন হওয়ার বিকল্প নেই।
