Hey Piyush.

You can study in the USA. However, you must meet the academic requirements. Most universities accept a GPA score 2.5 to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. You must have secured this GPA, and must clear the standardised examinations. Scoring well in a standardised test without meeting the minimum GPA requirement will not grant you admission. You need a similar GPA to apply to study in Canada as well. For further information regarding MCA admissions consult the study abroad experts at Leverage Edu.

Ques. Is MCA worth it? Should I consider it in 2024?

Ans.  MCA degree can be a worthy investment in 2024 because of the potential transformation of the IT industry resulting in various job opportunities. You should consider MCA if you have a non-computer science background and seeking technical roles. You will get decent on-campus packages from top companies like Amazon, Atlassian and more with average pay of around INR 15 LPA.

You should not pursue an MCA if you do not like coding jobs or already have coding experience through internships, jobs or open-source programs. You should instead focus on interview preparation and get the job directly.

The College Everyone Wants

Loan/ scholarship provisions.

Fee structure of college is like 500000 for complete MCA course. As MCA is 2 year course you have to 250000 yearly. College also provide scholarships to students. If you are in top 20% of your batch you will get CNR scholarship ie 60% of semester fee . If you are in top 40% of your batch you will get MRD scholarship ie 40% of semester fee. If your sgpa is more than 7.75 you will get 1000 rupee.

Every faculty members are enough friendly with students, so that anytime students can approach any faculty for any type of doubt. Students can reach out any faculty members in their cabin whenever they are free. They will be happy to clear doubts . In single semester 5 internal and one end semester exam takes place. Exam are moderated like not so easy not so tough

The truth of the college

The faculty to student ratio is good. The faculty is very approachable to every student. Every student can access to every faculty anytime in the college hours. Prachi ahelwa she is the cyber security teacher she is very great in his teaching way. Teaching experience is very good . Every teacher is good their nothing to dislike them. There two exams per semester in the college, minor and major. Most of the students pass the exam. The exam difficult is medium.

The year-wise fees I paid was 1 lakh 50 thousand for the first year in which I got scholarship of 25000 yearly for the first year. The scholarship is based on the marks or cgpa obtained in BCA. And in the second year I had paid 90 thousand for the 3rd semester and 90 thousand for the second semester total of 1 lakh 80 thousand for second semester. Fees of my batchmates are same as my fees no scholarship on the basis of category.

College review for BCIIT

Course curriculum overview.

For my batch, the course curriculum was too old approximately 10 years, and did not relate much to the real-life applications or the ways things happen in a corporation. I chose this course as I did BCA in graduation and hoped for better placements hence a gateway for me to a good life after paying so much fees. Now the curriculu has changed but the teaching methods can be made more practical and interactive so as to keep them relative to real-world applications and AI and data-related subjects can be introduced in the curriculum.

Campus Life

Since i was a Covid batch so My classes were held online so no experience of being into campus, social apects, clubs or infrastructure provided. Books are available in library which are neededto be issued from librarian and there are 2 labs also in the college. Sports day was held in college and a bsciit fest also which had various activities like dancing, painting, poster making etc. There is an auditorium also in the campus which looks good. has space of aproxx 150 people.

Choose A Better One For Your Career

If we talk about the environment of the college or the education of the students, then the area of ??the college is very large and students can read and borrow books in the library also. Teachers also guide you on which books you should read and study. Children go there to make their notes etc. You can sit in the grounds, there is a canteen also where you can eat together. Overall, it's okay.

All things are good but if we are talking about lecture delivered, not understandable. Most of the lectures there were given in Punjabi. Whereas lectures should be given in Hindi and English also so that if someone does not know Punjabi or does not know English then it is okay to understand in Hindi.

College Journey

On 2010, While tried to joining MCA - The Fee structure is 25000 and Next year onwards this will increased to 50000 as per college regulations. 1. Students with 80% Marks and above Rs:25000 worth scholarship (limited seats only) 2. Student with below 80% marks - 86% Tuition fee consession for First graduate students and 66% Tuition Fee concession for Non- First graduate students. 3. Abdul Kalam Scholarship (Meritorious Scholarship) 4. Farmer Scholarship 5. Alumni Scholarship 6. Single parent scholarship 7. Sports Scholarship 8. University Gold Medal scholarship.

The faculties treat the student based on the nature and more friendly. Even, they are supporting outside of education also and extracurricular activities. I like Priyadharshini Mam, she is taking the subject computer science. Teaching very well and understandable. Even though Lab programs also. i didn't like Jagan. He is taking some coding part. But its not understandable. For each semester around 6 papers. Most probably student clear the exams. Less failure rates.

Review of Future Institute of Engineering and Management

There are several cultural programs throughout the year where you can participate including Impulz (April), Freshers party, Farewell party etc. There are also tech fest like Hackathon. There are two libraries in the campus where students can go sit and read quietly and borrow books from there for a limited time period. As I mentioned there are very few classes with smart equipment for teaching, probably that is the only drawback. There are programs organised by Sportivo club where students can join and participate in inter college football competition and cricket tournaments. There are two main cultural clubs Estrella and Culruv and for sports there is Sportivo club in the campus.

The course curriculum is very well structured. I always had interest in coding and networking. So that was the reason why I chose this postgraduate course after I completed my graduation. As I mentioned earlier the faculty members are well experienced they teach you hands on training so that you will be capable to counter real world applications. In my opinion if there will be on campus mock interview sessions it would be helpful for the students who've lack of confidence during placement. Students get 3-6 months gap between every semester. And the difficulty level is average. So a student can clear the exam very easily with a little effort.

Best college

Faculty members are cooperative and they support students each and every time and the college provides many courses. College takes 3 exams in a year that is insem, end sem and Final exam. Exams are moderate and every average student can clear it

Every year the college organised 2 annual and techfest. One in January and one in October. Many students take part in this festival and program. Politicians and actors are invited as guests for this program. I especially enjoy this fest a lot

Honest and transparent review

first year course fees(1st and 2nd sem) = 70110 first year hostel fees(1st and 2nd sm) = 48000 3rd sem hostel fees = 17000 3rd sem course fees=36625 4th sem fee is around same as 3rd sem. In first year you have to pay for a year and the next year you have to pay semestarwise.

There is a function for the freshers named as "Adrit" held by our respective senoirs every year. library is very good .you can study there after class till8pm for boys and 6pm for girls. classrooms are good . every year annual function as well as sports happen in our campus.

Chandigarh University Review for MCA

There are many events and functions like CU tamasha and CU fest in which they have invited Celebrity. There are various books in the library and the library is so huge. They provide simple projectors in classes. There are many sports played in the Chandigarh University.

The teaching methods are good, they are providing us the PowerPoint presentations and we have suffered a lot with that stuff. But there is a good thing there are the subjects which are demanding in the Market.

Techno India review

My yearly fee is 1,40,000 and admission fee is 10000 and also they take 5000 for uniform which is compulsory and library fee is included in uniform charges. Also for students who have done their graduation from techno India group there fee is 1,20,000 per year.

In today's generation the most rapidly growing industry is information technology industry and it's very important for us to understand this technology and grow our skills on coding and AI which is the most powerful and trending topic .

College Life In MEASI

I completely my bachelors and I have searching for a good institution on that time I have come across Measi and I just verify that the mentioned they will provide proper education to the students and so I have applied for the college and the admissions fees was cost around 500 which is non refundable and they called me they said that there will be 3 rounds The first one is Aptitude, Second one is Verbal communication skill via telephonic and finally f2f interview with the board members. In the f2f interview I have asked few technical questions and about my previous projects, after completion that I have recived a call and the said that you have selected and they ask to pay the fees. So that's it about my admissions process that was pretty nice and they gave me extra chance for the interview since my background is non CS. All the faculties are well trained except few staffs. I won't tell that the staff is not fill but they are not properly conveying the concept to the students.

The college lab and library has wide range fo accessibilities and we can use the resources after the colllege hours too all staff are supporting to students for sport and extra activities also and we have introduced 4 clubs on 2024 students can participated in this clubs and they can showcase their talents.

Best college to study and placements. Best future for students.

Very well satisfaction, really I got good experience every person treat me very kindly. I saw a quality in their management is treated me gently and gave me good guidelines. I paid 22000 per 6 months. And they are given scholarships. That course fees are not increasing. I got a scholarship from the college by aid based on family income.

Our college management is conducting college day, sports day, and science exhibition, along with the months they are typically held. 100 percentage of books and journals are available in the library. The projector and other facilities are provisions within the classrooms. Then sports and extracurricular activities are offered on campus.

Goverment Mca College ,Maninagar

Don't aMiss out the opportunity

The yearly fee of MCA is 60000.The fee pay by installment in two parts 30000 each and the Tution fee of One semester is 30000. The registration charge apply only admission time and the registration fee is 1000.The examination fee is 2150 ine each semester. The college also provide a scholarship for the student who belong to state. The management of MCA department also help to the student who enroll the MCA course. The lab fee attach in tution fee and also a caution fee included in tution fee.

The frequency and timing of exam is to have a two mid term exam and one final exam within a year and the student is compulsory to attend the atleast one mid term exam and those student not attend the any one mid exam not to attend the final exam. Internships opportunities.

IBM CSRBOX is the internship that came up. The intership of 1-month duration. No stipend is offered. They will conduct 15 days of classes and 15 days of project time. They will select some projects from overall projects offerd to other colleges also. For our hard work, we were selected. Our project name is WORK PATH. We are the 3rd runner-up in the programs.

I got the seat in tsicet. So I can get reimbursement of 27000. The total college fee was 30000. Another 13000 needs to be paid. In the second year of MCA, the fee is increased to 18000 and reimbursement 27000. For SC and ST they will get full fee reabusment. No need to pay a fee. A library lab fee is 7000 only needs to be paid in 1st year at admission time.

Review of Jntu,Hyderabad

Placement experience.

Students get the offers from the middle of 2nd semester.Companies like accenture, infosys visited the campus till now for my batch. It started just a month back we are still waiting for the exams. The placement percentage will be around 30-40% for this course. If the more students are capable of clearing the interviews the percentage increases.Till now for our batch the highest package mentioned in the application is 9.5lpa and lowest is 4.5lpa

Total fees for my particular course is 30000. There is a scholarship for the students with low income which is provided by government of telangana and the reimbursement amount is 27000.Fees paid by me is 3000 per year and there will be an admission fee during the join of the course.Other than this there will be exam fees for each semester which will be around 1100
