  • Use the achievements from your previous jobs. They might be relevant for the opening and can prove the skills required for the job.
  • Consider what the company is searching for. Think of some soft skills useful for an administrative assistant, such as communication, problem-solving, time management, or attention to detail. Add some hard skills such as inventory management, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
