MONSTER Resume service absolutely sucks. Just terrible in my experience.

Poor service. I signed up with a Gmail account. Gmail accounts use periods interchangeably, meaning one can include a period within the email handle or not and Gmail will treat it as the same account. My email has a period between my first and last name but when emailing from Gmail it’s not in the address. Therefore my writer didn’t get any of the edits I requested and technical support was useless in figuring out this issue. So because of a period, this tech company was completely thwarted in providing adequate service to me. Total waste of money and utterly ridiculous. Avoid this loser company at all costs.

I had such a great experience with the whole site of Monster, that I just had to leave my feedback everywhere I could. I felt like the search options were very helpful and even guided me to apply for jobs that I wouldn’t have even thought to apply to! I have now finished my first week at my new job and have Monster to thank for it!

I like the alert messages you send. I also like the display screen when I search. I like the document saved as a pdf and giving an option to down the pdf for our reference. I can easily click that alert job position and apply if it is relevant for me without going and searching for that position. Same is minus as I receive sometime totally irrelevant job position. In my part of view you can improve this one. When I search for a title called "MS Dynamics 365 Techno functional". It will also show Technical functional, SAP functional title, some time Data related jobs also. It took long time to scroll and search the relevant job. Your emails need major work

Your emails with job postings are just bad. The fact that instead of taking me to a specific post it drops you on a search means a large number of the job listings I receive are quickly withdrawn and are used as bait to get me to look at a company’s listings. There is no reason you can’t take me directly to the specific jobs you emailed me about like LinkedIn does.

The search function isn't as useful as it should be. For instance, I want it to show anything that matches the exact title, "Senior DevOps Engineer". Instead, it shows jobs that match any of the words in my search term. I like the daily alerts via email, but I would rather it shows me a concise list that match every word I've specified in the search term instead of a list that matches any of the words. There's a lot of noise.
