For non-graduate / to obtain unofficial transcripts for review:

• Make this request in-person at the Registrar’s Office service counter, or download it from the web site.
• Fill in the form, total numbers of copies requires. Indicate you are non-graduating student.
• Submit the transcript request.
• Payment for fees must be paid.

Filing requirements

For students who have graduated:

• Get the form at Office of the Registrar. The form can also be downloaded.
• Complete the Transcript Request Form. Fill it in completely with number of issues requested, semester and year of Graduation.
• Obtain verification from these academic institutions: student’s Department; Central Library (all graduates); and the Graduate College (all those who have completed their graduate program)
• Submit your transcript request form with payment for processing.
• For graduates who were conferred from semester 2/2542 onwards, a one-inch photo for each official academic transcript, and an additional photo  must be prepared. 
• Those who graduated in 2/2542 and backwards, 1 one-inch photo is requested.
• Those who graduated between the academic year 2536-1/2542, no photo is needed.
• Exit clearance  process does not apply to those who have obtained an official academic

For termination/ resignation

• Get the form at Office of the Registrar. The form can also be downloaded.  
• Complete the Transcript Request Form. Specify number of issues requested.
• Obtain verification from these academic institutions: student’s Department; Central Library; and the Graduate College (those taking a graduate degree program)
• A one-inch photo for each transcript requested.
• Exit clearance process does not apply to those who have obtained an official academic

For thai transcription / translation

• Submit your transcript request form with payment for processing. Third- party internal verification  is not required.

Filing requirements  

For translation of academic transcripts

• Applicants must have graduated from their studies and received their complete undergraduate/ graduate transcript.
• A complete transcript is required for applicants who have already completed an undergraduate degree
• For applicants who have completed a thesis-based graduate program, the official defense result and a transcript must be submitted.
• Recent photographs (taken within the last 6 months) must be attached. Write your full name and department on the backside of your photos.
• Documents where processing workflow time exceed 3 days are those requiring Dean signature verification and authorization. 
• Transcripts can be requested upon official result release for each semester.
• You should collect the document within 90 days. Otherwise you have to resubmit the filing.
• To obtain official transcripts In-Person from the Registrar’s Office, you must present  a collection slip and student/ national ID card.

Transcript collection  by proxy authorization

              If the transcript is going to be picked- up by proxy, you will need to fill out a  proxy authorization form (the form can be downloaded).  Proxy must submit the collection slip, a copy of the proxy’s photo ID and   student photo ID, along with  the authorization letter.
